Hello, and firstly thanks for a GREAT site. We are staing at Le Grand Courlan the first 2 weeks this November. I'm keen to check a few points but don't have a contact email or telephone number. Does anyone know it ? Also, I know there's a dive shop at Le Grand Courlan, but has anyone eny experience of it ? Does anyone recommend any of the Dive Schools on the island or the best dive sites ?

Hi Richard, I am going to the Gran Courlan at least twice a week, I am a member in their gym. Would you like me to find out something for you? There are a more than a dozen diveshops in Tobago, unfortunately I never dived with the guys at Gran Courlan. Tobago offers a variety of superb dive sites, if you are experienced i would recommend the 'Maverick' , an old ferry, close to Mt. Irvine and several spectacular sites at Speyside e.g. London bridge, japanese gardens, or the bigest brain coral in the caribbean. Caribbean greetings

Hi Patrick. Thanks if you could check that would be appreciated. I've contacted several dive companies on the Island by email, with good feedback, but have not heard anything from LeGrand.

dont waste your time waiting for a reply from le grand courlan - I emailed them three times asking for price/availability information. They ignored the first two, then took three weeks to reply to the third (and didnt really answer any of my questions anyway). by that time we'd booked elsewhere.

Hi richard, sorry for the late reply, i was out of the country for a few days. Well, John said it all, don't bother with them. I didn't get the best impression either. Did you talk to proscuba? They're next door to my office and I talk to their customers often, these are some impressions: excellent safety record, brand new equipment (!) and friendly staff. So far I didn't hear any complaints about them.
