We stayed at Lillibets for a week at the beginning of March this year, a group of 8 of us taking over all four apartments.
After ages spent researching Tobago and accomodation we were not disappointed with our choice of Lillibets in any way. The apartments are not luxurious but perfectly comfortable with splendid views across Castara Bay (the best views from the upper apartments). The bay itself is fantastic - not crowded at all with snorkelling just off shore.
Castara itself is possibly the most beautiful part of Tobago's coastline - certainly of the parts we visted which was most of the island except the northern part.
The people on Tobago are far friendlier than elsewhere in the Caribbean, there being no better example than Bruce to whom our thanks go for looking after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble and he is permanantly smiling and laughing. We hope to return before too long to hear the rest of his story and to listen to him and his friend Simon playing their guitars.
To sum up - a wonderful holiday in a beautiful place, thoroughly recommended.
