myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

I have resisted asking what the weather will be like this up coming weekend however I can't stand the suspense. This is the first time we have visited in the rainy season and my daughter's first holiday for 6 years so I am beginning to feel anxious that we won't see any sun especially after looking at the web sites where it seems to confirm rain and thunder for the first 4 days of our visit.

Can anyone help?

Tobago and most of the southern Caribbean is holding out pretty well while the really bad weather is to the north.

The risk of 'yet to be' Hurricane Josephine affecting the southern Caribbean has receded so I can only see normal weather for Tobago for the next week.

Even if it does rain, it should not last long.

though Pauls weather report is definitly the best for Tobago and the whole Caribbean I would like to add my thoughts. I have been to Tobago many times (17 times I guess, stoped counting) in different month exept of August and December. There was rain and dry times in any of this . Normally it is raining an hour or less. Even if you will have more rain it is still WARM.
Enjoy your holidays and don't forget to make a trip around the island and visit Castara what I can - like Paul - highly recommend.
