Salsa Kitchen "Lunch Kit"

As regular readers will know, I have long expressed praise for Paula O'Neill's excellent Salsa Kitchen restaurant on the outskirts of Scarborough.
Paula has had a rough couple of years - a typical problem when owner-operated businesses on Tobago expand and start employing people. Ever the perfectionist, Paula has decided that the only way to retain the quality that made her smal restaurant so popular is to go back to her roots. So, she has got rid of all staff and is now back in the kitchen, with her partner running front of house. Evening dinners are strtictly by reservation only, allowing Paula to ensure that every meal is cooked individually for the customer.
With immediate effect, Paula has also launched a lunchtime "Luch Kit" service of wraps and soup, together with sandwiches and her own home-made burgers and hot dogs. All items must be pre-ordered (639-1522).
I wish Paula every success with the new service.
