The Bamboo Walk Hotel description found on this website is as described. The price of $60 to $65 depending on the room type is appropriately priced. The twelve room hotel is unique offering a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere for those travelers seeking same.
The staff working at Bamboo Walk could not be friendlier or more helpful which makes this peaceful little place a gem. We really appreciated the extra efforts put out by everyone to ensure our stay was enjoyed.
The rooms are sparcely furnished, however the staff were quick to provide at least a table and a couple of chairs, keeping in mind the hotel is geared for short stays.
The cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding grounds is excellent due to the work ethic displayed by the staff. We really appreciated the care and attention that was paid to our room.
A couple of things that could have made the stay even more luxurious, keeping in mind the price per night, is sun loungers versus chairs by the pool and a 4-cup coffee maker or kettle in the room for early morning risers. The Bamboo Walk Hotel would then be in line with similar priced accommodation in North America.
