We stayed at Kias in January 2009. It's just a view minutes walk from the airport. The rooms are nice and clean. Karen was a very friendly and helpfull host.
All rooms are near the main street, so street noise can be heard, especially on saturday night this can be annoying. Kia's is not really across from the beach as the name may imply but "store bay" is about a 5 minutes walk away.
So Kia's is a good place to start your trip through Tobago.
