Google Map Update

Hi Folks
I am delighted to announce that Google have extended their aerial map coverage of Tobago - undoubtedly convinced by the number of readers that regularly load our Google-driven map pages either through the map section (menu: Tobago > Maps & Regions) and/or through the Map tab of the accommodation listings.
Although most of the images are up to three years old and many areas of the island under cloud, it is a move in the right direction. Popular villages including Castara, Speyside and Charlotteville are now covered.
Over the next few days/weeks I shall be adding markers for all accommodation and properties in the areas east of Scarborough which are currently not included on our maps.
Currently, only reviewed and recommended properties are included on the maps. Given the low resolution of the previous maps where you could not see individual buildings, the location had to be 'guessed' in every case. I am horrified to see that some of my 'guesses' are a hundred metres out. So, my apologies to property owners if our maps currently show the incorrect building. These will be corrected over the course of today and then I'll start on the longer job of identifying the location of all other listed properties, restaurants and features in these areas.
