Good luck to Excel

Having just returned from what I expect to be my last trip to TAB, I would like to offer, in the best sporting traditions, Excel "Good Luck" with their new service to TAB.
I'm sure many will be sad to see Monarch go and perhaps some glad to see the back of us! All I can say is that the whole team at Monarch worked hard to make dreams come true for many!
I'm sure that the Excel guys and girls will love Tobago as much as we have!
Have fun!!!!!

Hello Mr M Pilot
And goodbye too! Thanks for getting me across a couple of times, good trips too including your inaugural flight here and later my wedding/honeymoon trip. I was a Monarch fan (not too tall you see, although premium was nice), but having a BA stewardess Mrs made this a hazardous affection at times!
Thanks and all the best
Glyn Kirpalani

I would like to add my thanks, for the care and attention that the Monarch crews have shown us on the Tobago run, for the past few years.
I look forward to flying with Monarch again, elsewhere in the world, so until then, it's over and out.
Safe journey
Steve

Hear, hear - may I echo that personally. I have been delighted with every flight I’ve taken on Monarch’s Gatwick/Tobago service and admit to certain trepidation with regard to the change. However, I know that this has nothing to do with any dissatisfaction with Monarch and purely about Golden Caribbean’s desire to offer a three-class configuration service, so whilst thanking Monarch, we must equally say Hi to Excel Airways and wish them every success with the route. If they don’t outperform Monarch, you can be sure you’ll read about it here.

Hey there, 'Monarch Pilot,
You wouldn't have blonde hair, be into moutain bike-riding, have been a former pilot instructor in the US (Florida, if memory serves) and have stayed at the Hilton Tobago whilst on 'down-time' in the two weeks after 20th June 2002, would you?
If you are that man, then Fiona and I say hi and it was a pleasure flying, socialising and diving on the 'MV Maverick' with you. Your crew were a pleasure to boot - just goes to prove that, both on the ground and in the air, angels do exist!
Cheers and fly safe my friend, and may all your stops be scheduled!
