Walk from airport

Hi
We are booked to stay at Johnston Apartments and would like to know how far is it to walk from the airport terminal and would it be easy to walk with suitcases. Or should we get a taxi ?

Hi Geoff
The Johnston Apartments are located within the compound of the Crown Point Beach Hotel - just a quarter mile up the road. It is a five minute walk on paved road. Provided that your suitcase have wheels, it should be no problem to walk.

Thanks for the information it is just what I needed,I was concerned that I would get ripped-off by a taxi for such a short distance.

If you arrive in the evening and are unsure about where you are going, with bags I'd advise that you get a taxi, it is not expensive and while not far, it will take any stress out of the situation.
If you have been to Crown Point before, or are ariving in daylight hours, the walk is easy as long as you don't have too many bags! Sit on the left hand side of the plane and you'll be able to see the Hotel as you land (if the plane comes in from that direction)!
