Once again, I can only suggest that you do a bit of research, reading the wealth of information provided in the forum and in the Restaurants section of my main site (Food & Drink menu above).
Seahorse Inn, Amadeus, Patinos, Indigo & Ru-B-Lou's (handy if you are stucky at the Tropikist) are some of our personal favourites.
Dillon's Seafood Restaurant is probably the premier (only???) 'specialist' fish restaurant, but in truth, every single restaurant will have freshly caught fish on the menu - it's Tobago's most popular dish.
