We are planning to stay at Johnston Apartments and need to know where to buy bus tickets and where to get the bus to go to Scarborough. please help ?

Hi Geoff,
There are several possible places to buy tickets and several spots (close) to catch you bus. The store that sells magazines, etc at the airport use to sell tickets and Jimmy's resort down the road from the airport definitely sell bus tickets.
The Crown Point bus stops at the airport and there is a bus shelter on the far corner of the Store Bay beach facility. The bus will take you along the main highway to the terminal in Scarborough. There are lots of stops along the way and locals are always helpful with directions and suggestions, just ask. Be prepared through, the Crown Point bus does seem to run a little more frequently than the other bus routes; but not really on a strict schedule. More a Caribbean time schedule! You may also find going to Scarborough is not the high point of your trip. Enjoy yourself, you have a great beach right in front of the place you are staying. If you have time, try to see some other parts of the Island.
