Hello:
I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly but can someone tell me what the local feeling is for the weather over Christmas this coming year.

Anne,
Christmas time weather is quite pleasant. You can expect daytime temperatures between 27 and 31 deg. Celsius, nighttime between 22 and 25 deg. Celsius. The water temperature may be a bit chilly by 25 deg., but that of course depends very much where you go.
Even though November 30th is supposed to be the end of the Hurricane Season, the "Rainy Season" normally drags out until late January, but then only with isolated showers.
With the end of the rainy season the trade winds normally turn more to north east and gain in strength. Expect occasional rough sea conditions, which may be perfect for wind surfing, but may interfere with other water sports
activities.
