Caribbean food made easy

Did anyone else catch the first of a new series presented by Levi Roots - Caribbean food made easy?
OK, so it was set on his home island of Jamaica, but the authentic Caribbean dishes that he cooked up made my mouth water and the laid-back style of presenting and cooking - well he could easily have been on Tobago.
I found myself watching with a broad grin and look forward to the other 3 episodes.
