My experience was so great I must give my feedback. The staff were very friendly and competent. The sanitation of the resort was impecable. I loved the warm, comforting feeling added by the layout and colour scheme. Our every need was cathered to making my stay quite enjoyable. One point of note is the need for more timely service at the pinnacle restaurant when cathering for large groups. Continue to excel.
