searching for old friend Bharaj (barry ) Persaud

Hi Im writting this on behalf of my husband danny phillips he is trying to find an old friend he knew back in Brixton london called Bharaj (Barry) Persaud he came back to Tobago in the 80's to work at the fishing cooperative (charlotteville ??) Danny worked as a lawer at Brixton Law centre and barry was poss a youth/community worker he will be approx late fifties /60 years old can anyone help please.
