Hi

Contact BWIA in either europe, the website http://www.bwee.com or when you arrive at Crown Point. Return air tickets Tobago - POS - Caracas won't be expensive but I do not know the price. Perhaps one of our local readers will have done this air journey and know the price?

Hello there
I have just spoken to the Port Authority in Trinidad to find out if there is any ferry service available because I heard that there sometimes is a boat going to Venezuela from Trinidad. I was informed that there recently was a ferry going but for business/trade persons, it was very successful so apparently they are discussing the issue a bit further to see if that could be something on a regular basis. But knowing the authorities here it might take a while........
Other than that I can only suggest the same as Glyn. BWIA offers daily flights into Caracas from Trinidad (leaving POS at 8.30 am arriving in CCS at 10.a0 am, return flights are at 10.40 am arriving at POS 12.20 pm), the price of the ticket depends on how long you will stay but to give you a rough idea it is about 250 USD or 1500 TTD. And you have to add the flight from Tobago to Trinidad which is TTD 200 return.
Let the readers know how you got through once you have arrived.
