Well it is now only 10 days until we travel to Tobago for our wedding at LGC on 29th October, one thing i would like to find out from people before we travel is exactly what happens on our arrival in tobago? We have booked our holiday/wedding through Kuoni in the UK and was wondering exactly what kind of representation we have in resort, also we are interested in booking a photographer but are unsure when or how or even who to contact about this, any help would be grateful

One final poit, there are 6 of us going in total and i was wondering if anyone could reccommend a nice restaurant for the 6 of us to visit on the evening of our wedding??

thanks for your help in advance and thatnks for a great and very informative site steve

Hi Carl

I'm sure you're going to have a wonderful time and may I, on behalf of many/most/all of our readers wish you both all the luck in the world for your forthcoming marriage.

Kuoni use a local DMS (Destination Management Service) firm who will provide a "Kuono" rep to meet you in, or just outside, the Arrivals Hall. Don't worry, it's not like Heathrow - not even like East Midlands airport - your flight will probably be the only one in at that time, so you won't miss the rep. He/she will have taxis on standby to run you out to LGC (15 minutes max).

Can't help with photographer, I'm afraid. Use the Search link at the top of the page to search the forum - it may well have come up in the Wedding forum before. Failing that, contact Marie Dilworth of Tobago Weddings ( [email protected] ). She's the island leading (only) true wedding coordinator and I'm sure she would point you in the right direction.

Nice restaurant for your wedding night. Easy one this, given that you're staying at the LGC. The Seahorse Inn. Just a 1 minute walk from the back of the LGC (just turn right - you won't miss it).

Once again - all the best.

Thanks for that steve,

We are both really looking forward to it, picked the tickets up at the weekend and are really in need of the rest and relaxation (especially the future Mrs S as she is nearly 5 months pregnant, shame she wont be able to enjoy the rum punch in the same way as the rest of us). I have seen lots of people talking about the seahorse inn on the forum in the past and it is good to see that you have given an overwhelming response and such a definate place for us to go on our wedding night( and no worries about a taxi ride home if we have a bit too much to drink and cant stomach the bumpy roads!!!!) Thanks again for the advice, we will give a review of how we get on when we return and may have some pics and/or even some video footage for any future vistors to have a look at just incase they need pesuading how much of a paradise the island is (hopefully)

cheers
