We loved our stay. very native. dont expect american hotel style.
despite a number of negatives, the peace and quiet made up for a lot.

the cottage needs a new thicker mattress in the main bedroom and more wooden slats under the mattress. we had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom with single beds as these were more comfortable. Also the bedding needs replacing. We enjoyed our breakfasts overlooking the golf course. The patio was visited by various wonderful birds when we put out papaya, watermelon and pineapple. We got some great shots of birds fighting for the fruit. The stove is really old. Tony, the owner said he intended to replace it soon. The bathroom also was quite native...open so that lizards were regular visitors. This won't bother you if you are used to the outdoor life and backpacking in developing countries.

Tony was very helpful, arranged a car and groceries and a meal on arrival. On a whole we would stay there again.

The cottage is a typical Tobago wooden house and Tony tries to make it comfortable & enjoyable for his guests. In response to these comments, he has now replaced the cooker and is hoping to collect a double mattress today for the front bedroom.
