I have been communicating with Merilee for maybe more than 2 months making arrangements, payments, etc.... all in anticipation of taking a small vacation that carry a degree of excitement... The short vacation with the wife and 2 kids was ideal. Good spirits, weather, tasty food, nice people and a very accomodating place to stay. The last email I wrote to Merilee was indeed kind of a sad one as it has all come to and end now. But it reminds me of these large dinners that you are always excited about. When the main course is served, they tell you to keep your fork in hand as dessert would be served. So as far as I know, keeping my fork is a signal that better things are yet to come.
With that, I wish to express my thanks to Merilee and Villas on the Greens staff for your professionalism and hospitality in accomodating us in Tobago.... my trip was indeed worth every penny. I say goodbye with my fork in my hand and surely look forward to visiting Petit Careme again.
Kindest regards,
Robin
