Cheap Virgin Flights

I want to share my experience of booking Virgin flights for 2012.
I think we already know that you have to pay the full price if you use Virgin's website. This year I was astonished that an Agent was able to supply me with 2 seats for £120 less than I would have paid on Virgin's website.
I don't have to pay for the tickets in full until 3 months earlier.
I am guessing that the Agent will also receive a commission from Virgin on top of my discount so Virgin's 'mark-up' for those that deal with them direct must be quite substantial.
It goes to show that it pays to shop around ... my £120 saving will buy me 12 meals at Marguerite's in Castara? ... or 3 Snorkelling Trips?
I better not say too much
Regards
