we spent xmas and new year 2003 at sherwood park, nigel and all his staff made our stay very special, nothing was too much trouble-they were all lovely! I personally, have fallen in love with the island, we spent xmas day on a tour with A team tours, or was it Mr T tours, not sure which, they dropped us at different waters for snorkelling swimming etc, then went on to no mans land for a beach bbq! The rum punch and Carib really was flowing, we spent xmas afternoon in the carribean sea-unbelievable! The day was fantastic! A car from sherwood park is not really necessary as the taxi firm nigel uses, Mr Roachee, has a maximum chrge of 40tt, about four pounds, for any one trip! He also does brilliant tours around the island, being a local, he knows it all!
Sherwood park is a great place to stay, we, as a party of 12, all thouroughly enjoyed our visit there, nigel and staff were brilliant, also recommend the bbq nigel and his good lady prepared for us, fantastic, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for anyone and i would return tomorrow!
