Is it legal in Tobago to drink alcohol at the public beaches?
Like bringing a couple of beers in a cooler of ice.

Welcome aboard!
No, it is certainly not illegal and a "beastly cold" Carib beer is what keeps most of us going in the heat. Mind you, I would recommend the less-gassy, slightly drier, Stag as an alternative to Carib. When first launched, many years ago, Stag was marketed as a lady's beer. It was a miserable flop. They withdrew it, then re-launched it under the Stag label as a "Man's Beer". It's not as popular as Carib, but I FAR prefer it.

You misread me, Watkins - it's the STAG I far prefer.
Good to see your sense of humour back on the board. I've missed your banter. Hope you are well again.

Brilliant! That's a real improvement if you're back to travelling. I'm so pleased for you.
