comments to some restaurants

We spent four weeks in Tobago and came back yesterday.
Following our very personal impressions:
Red Crab, new Chinese retaurant besides the Tropicist Hotel.
Excellent service by Paul, food very good, fresh prepared and
near to Chinese food (owners are Chinese and Korean).
Very resonable prices. The hot and sour sour soup is really very hot.
Bonker´s - about one and a half hour till we´ve got something to eat.
Obviously they have more tables to serve than the kitchen can manage.
Food good. but not excellent. Rum-punch before the meal very strong.
Dillon´s - just very disappointed.
Salsa´s kitchen - very nice place and tasty nachos.
Good news for those who have been in Tobago several times already and miss it sine one year - the "Rouselle´s" is back. Bobby and Charlene are back in Tobago and running the Plantations Golf Club restaurant since two month now.
