Will not be visiting this hotel ever again. Front desk staff in particular Ms. Marisa Derrick extremely rude and hostile. Treated us like we were begging for a free stay at the hotel. Booked us into a room with faulty air conditioning and never offered an apology for her rudeness. Totally disappointing
