Booking seats on virgin flight in advance

Certain this is possible but can't see where or how.
Anyone able to help?

Call Virgin on 0870 380 2007. I pre booked my Upper Class seats,
and my friends pre booked their ecconomy seats too. Bear in mind
you can't reserve the best seats (those by the exits) in advance.
I was told you can pre book up to 180 days in advance.

You can do it on line also.Go to Virgin Atlantic site and there you are

But remember to do it online you must have booked an e-ticket
via the Virgin website, or booked through Virgin Holidays, otherwise
you won't have the right information to enter.
If you phone you just need to know your name, date of flight and
number of tickets you booked.
Good to have options though, so well done Virgin!
