Spence Car Rental the Worst

I usually don't like making negative comments about establishments. But my experience with spence was so bad that I had to.
I reserved a vehicle with spence car rentals 2 months in advance. From that time until the day before i was supposed to rent the car, I called 4 times to confirm that everything was set. On the morning i was supposed to pick up the car, they stated that they already rented it out to someone else and they are sorry but they were trying to call me and there was no asnwer. There were no missed calls on my phone.
Spence is very unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not rent from them.
