We really loved our stay in Blue Mango and had the opportunity to stay in two of the appartments at the beginning and the end of our stay for a couple of days each.
We love Blue Mango for all its rustic quirqiness - I have to say the beds (very comfortable) and the the mosquito nets are the best- the verandas and the colours are fab- Colin knows what the essentials are - from the heart this place was built standing on the rocks and working with the land and with intuitive responses to the environment.
You can feel this in the construction: although it could do with a little TLC- to be more specificly a little update in the kitchen area to get rid of some of the rust (a difficulty with the salt/sea air )-
The whole effect of our stay in Blue Mango was to chill us out, to feel the waves - to feel like Robinson Crusoe -Colin - is an incredible guy who has really lived life in a way one can only envy and I admire him for so independantly doing his own thing in a way only he would do.
If you really want an outer worldly experience - literally on top of the waves - this is the one for you.
