myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

Hi I am due to go to Tobago in a wk and have been a little worried with the weather forcasts I have been seeing.

Is it really currently raining a bit, showers rain...not storms...if so is this usual??

It is a bit unusual to get this much rain in a week but it does happen from time to time.

We are close to the wet season which officially starts on 1st June.

If you see Liquid sunshine and the Feedback threads you will see I have been predicting that this rainfall is going to decrease as fresh trades move in ... this process is slow but already underway.

It has not been that extreme ... think of the UK that has had the wettest April since records began and it is still raining.
