myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

Hello Everyone.

I have some friends who are coming down to Tobago who were wondering about cell phone rental.

Apparently some of the places they looked into for accomodations don't have phones in the room. One of the ladies, who is single, says her mom needs to be able to reach her at all times.

If anyone knows how this process works, please shed some light for me.

Would they have to bring their own phone down and then just hook into TSTT's system by renting a chip?

Or would they just rent an actual phone that already has service and use it whilst on Tobago for a rental fee.
