It is a great location to get away from beach land and enjoy the natural beauty of the island, The McKennas are pleasant but (I'm not the first to say this) we left not entirely happy with the amount charged which is a shame. The bill literally didn't add up and when offered cash back it was only 1/4 of what we should have had which she then took some of it back! Also we asked to walk to the falls but were charged an exortionate amount for it. The room was very small and hadn't been updated for years. Not cheap either with very average food (again she promised us cordon bleu local food but we definitely didnt get that) Sorry because they were very nice in many ways and it was one of our most memorable stays (do the river walk). Just please keep the charges reasonable honest and easy to understand.

My boyfriend and I came to stay here with our four children. The reason for staying here was to get away from the hussle and bustle of life. Being in nature and staying at this resort was very satisfactory and relaxing and would defiantly stay here again. Mr and Mrs Mc Kenna are wonderful host.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Rainbow Nature Resort with our 2 children aged 8 and 10. We all had a fantastic time exploring the plantation, hiking through the rivers and swimming at the waterfalls. Our kids loved playing with the dogs and fishing in the river nearby. Mr and Mrs McKenna are the friendliest hosts you can imagine and we really enjoyed our long talks with them. The rooms downstairs are not large or luxurious, but once you experience the fantastic meals that Mrs McKenna prepares you realize there is no better place to stay in world.

My family and I spent christmas in tobago last. And it turned out to great. We left the house once to go to the beach on New Year day. But other than that we found something to do everyday jus being at the resort. Went to the river, bird watch, the two waterfalls. It was simply peacefull. Would go back again.

Very enjoyable stay want to go back soon especially for the friuts.lol. the Mc Kennas are very hospitable, they need support in keeping the trail accessible all the time and rainy weather can be a challenge. will be great if they had single cabins on the property. its sooo peaceful.
