We have been coming to Tobago on holiday for the past 20 years and this is absolutely the best accommodation we have rented. The location, on the beach in quiet undeveloped Parlatuvier, is superb. The beach right in front of the house is uncrowded and quiet. Nothing disturbs the peace except for the bull frogs in the village pond. Fresh fish available every day on the jetty as the boats come in is beautiful. Everyone there was so friendly and,anxious that we enjoyed ourselves. The property is extremely well equipped and maintained. There,was nothing to beat liming on the deck, Carib or rum punch in hand watching the sun go down. Can't wait for our next visit!!!!

The property photos and descriptions here and on AirBnb are accurate. The house is clean and very charming. It has lots of personality; we would describe it as "upscale fisherman's house". The deck is huge and overlooks the beach and fishing jetty. There are mature trees to the sides and rear that give privacy. The sandy beach in front is clean; the bay is generally calm; the snorkelling is "average" for Tobago but there is also excellent snorkelling at beautiful Englishman's Bay just a 10-minute drive away. The pool is a great way to cool off during the day. Lots of opportunity to interact with friendly locals. This is the only Parlatuvier tourist accommodation right on the beach. We met various "Crown Point daytrippers" on the beach who asked to look around the house, and wished they had booked this property instead of their hotel. (And in our opinion, it doesn't make sense to come all the way to Tobago from North America or Europe and not immerse yourself in the local environment. It's unique and it's fun.)
The property manager & staff are very friendly and made every possible effort to help us enjoy our 2-week stay.
Our only caution would be to be aware of nighttime insects; we found it necessary to use the netting over the bed.
