We stayed here in December and Went back in January. The accommodation was clean and spacious, both Ann and her Brother Everton bent over backwards to make sure our stay was a good one. During our stay the iron broke and this was replaced immediately. Anything that was needed Everton was always on hand to help.

The only thing i would recommend would be to update the cutlery and settee other than that it is perfect.

The location is perfect if you do not have a car and will be relying on public transport and it is very affordable.

Overall we had an amazing time at Ann's Guesthouse and cant wait to go back.

Ann's Guesthouse was superbly located for visitors to the South - close enough to everything you need: supermarkets, taxis, bakery, beaches, etc.

It was basic but clean and spacious. Ann was prompt at responding to emails and met us at the airport.

We felt safe in the area and the neighbours are friendly.

If you want a taste of the real Tobago, stay at Ann's!

Stayed at Ann's Guesthouse for three nights last week. I was part of a large group which stayed at a nearby villa and a few of us were accommodated at Ann's. Must say I was pleasantly surprised. The guesthouse is in a very quiet neighborhood even though the main road is just one street over. The rooms are simple yet spacious and clean and Ann herself is very polite and welcoming. Oh...and because it's so close to shopping, bars, the beaches, the airport and other amenities...the price is just right. I have no problem recommending Ann's to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and affordable vacation getaway. Thanks Ann...really...much appreciation.

I had the absolute best stay at Ann's Guesthouse! The apartment has everything you could need or want with tonnes of space & natural light. Ann, & her brother are extremely personable, warm, helpful, funny & delightful hosts & neighbours. They will be a memorable part of your stay in Tobago for sure! It may not be beachfront, but it's affordability, convenient location to grocery stores, produce markets, the airport & beaches in all directions makes it a most ideal location indeed. I can only whole-heartedly recommend staying here if you would like a genuine welcome & a brilliant stay. Thanks to Ann for a great holiday! Enjoy tobago! - Adam
