All i have to say is, i'm certainly going to give Prince a call when next i plan a little get away in tobago. Felt as if i stayed over with family. The beach house was great, really comfy, you just step outside and you're practically on the beach. The location to was perfect, like fifteen minutes away from Scarborough and Crownpoint (if so much). The area was really peacefull to, scenic, clean, quiet. Prince was cool to man, i tell you. He had boss ideas for extra curicular activities, which was really helpful when you dive into a situation without a plan, hospitality was up to par.

All in all, my stay at the nest was awesome, and i'm sure my company would agree. We felt so connected and comfortable with the stay that we didn't want to leave when we had to. Got back to our regular schedule and felt like something was missing. I'm sure we'll be revisiting the nest as soon as possible.

Birdie's Nest is a real gem, and I'd go back in a minute. The beach is lovely and often empty;away from other tourists and very 'neighborhoody'. The accommodations were great. We (my husband and I) stayed in the top floor apartment and it was really nice. The kitchen was so easy to cook in, with everything that you needed including a nice big fridge/freezer. The deck off the kitchen was a great place for morning coffee, stretches, and staring at the sea all day long. Prince provided first hand personal hospitality and the place was super clean..the shower/tub area is really big, and bedrooms had good AC and fans. Prince was very relaxed about check out/check in time, unlike other places we stayed at in Tobago. He also gave great advice for where to go for hikes, or good meals, or where to shop for groceries. He let us use his wireless connection, which at the time he was working on getting into the apartments. This was the least expensive places we stayed in Tobago, and one of the best managed. Small is beautiful. THANK YOU PRINCE AND PRINCESS.

Prince and Princess Robinson were the perfect hosts, helpfull, informative and attentive. The apartment was beautifully prepared and had everything we needed. The location, on the beach and amidst the local Tobagans was fantastic and delivered the authentic holiday experience that we wanted.

Prince's car hire was excellent and the package was very good value. We have re-booked.

My husband and I spent 10 days at Birdies Nest and from the moment we met Prince we knew we made the right choice. We were about fours hours late getting to Tobago and Prince waited at the airport the whole time for us which was above and beyond. Even though it was late we were able to stop and get groceries. Birdies Nest was just what we had hoped it would be. We like to be able to experience the culture of the island we go to along with a few amenities (because we are spoiled Americans), Birdies Nest was just that. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. The beach was by far one of the best on the island. Every morning we would take a walk as far as we could go. There is an area that you walk on the coral or bedrock but that was no problem you just take your time. We did not have any trouble with sand fleas and some days the sea was rough and swimming was bit of a challenge but for the most part you could swim right in front of Birdies Nest. Prince is very mature for his age and we had some great conversations. He was always concerned that we were doing fine. I had a bad sinus infection and he did what he could to get me help. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from all the resort crowd then Birdies Nest is for you.

Our trip to Tobago was put together at the last minute, about a 2 weeks prior to arriving. We were interested in "Birdies Nest" after reading about it on this site. After a quick series of E-mails to Prince to confirm availability, no deposit requested, we were set.

I will add that Prince was VERY HONEST & UPFRONT about the construction of the sea wall taking place at Birdies Nest. For us it didn't amount too much since we were out and about during the day while the work was being performed. After returning we would check the daily progress. It should be nice when finished!

As for the the accommodations, they were exactly as described on this site. When we travel we prefer to stay at small family owned houses/inns, versus the bigger chain hotels, so we were very happy with Birdies Nest, and all of Tobago as well. We actually extended our stay on Tobago with some help from Prince. We were to spend our last 3 days on Trinidad, but changed our plans to stay on Tobago. Prince did not have space for us, so while we changed our flights he found space for us at the other end of Black Rock at the Turtle View Inn.

All in all, A great vacation on a beautiful island with wonderful people!
