These people have the worse customer service. They certainly do not care about the customers. Very disgusting. Save your money and time guys. I really don't know why people like these venture into this kind of business.

The single rooms are quite small and frankly would not recommend this place as there are many other places just as close to the airport and for the same price range. The best part of this establishment was the pool as it is lovely. Other than that the rest is largely forgettable.

Stayed at James Holiday Resort on August 21 to 27 with my sister and neice and we had a wonderful time.We had a great view of the ocean and the airport from the sundeck.If you are not a walking person,it can be a problem ,this resort is located at sandy point so you have to walk out the street to get to storebay and other places.We loved the walks and the views, passing Fort Milford everytime.We had a one bedroom that sleeps four,kitchen,small patio [to view the and the ocean from our balcony, air-condition in the bedroom.There is a pool also and a mini-mart downstairs.Mr James attended to our every need instantly upon request without disrupting our vacation.Planning to stay there next year with my husband and kids.

My stay was a group (12-14) stay doing a reunion. Our choice of accommodation was based on budget, location and group size. The location was good regarding proximity to store bay and Piegon Point as well as the airport.
The location fit the budget and was accessible to most needs. However, there could be a little more offerins with regard to kitchen utensils and there could be a little more maintenance on the cupboards.
However based on the budget the group was working with it was satisfactory. The surroundings and rooms were clean. All in all the group had a great weekend and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

We live in Trinidad my husband my two kids an my self went to spend the day so just dropping by saw mr James place an I said I want to stay the night I had no complains my kids had so much fun there up to now they ask when we go by mr James so I doh know y cheap trinidadians does want to go in a guest house an feel they in the Hyatt is everyway they go they carry they stink ways I will not stay anywhere else in Tobago mr james is a nice person he don't bother anyone an the bath is not small may be that person who say they can't fit in the bath is a cow go on a diet don't lie if u don't like the place it have other who love it.
