Fantastic apartment that was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Owners are very pleasant and don't disturb their guests. If you are looking for a quiet place at a good price and don't mind being away from the main store bay area, this is perfect. Literally 2 mins from Scarborough and about a 10 min drive to Store bay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ocean Dreams for a week after Carnival 2012.

The accommodation was remarkably spacious and comfortable.

It was well fitted out with all the equipment needed for an independent holiday.

Its setting with a view to the Atlantic was splendid, and the apartment was breezy all day long. We had a rental car [necessary, I think, at this location] and so we were able to tour around Tobago at our pleasure.

The hosts, Mr and Mrs Ottley, were helpful, friendly, yet completely unobtrusive.

With so much relaxation, comfort and privacy, Ocean Dreams truly felt like a 'home away from home'.

We have stayed at Ocean Dreams on several occasions over the past three years and it is now our home away from home when we are in Tobago. It is close to Scarborough, and a short walk to Bacolet Beach and other amenities. Having the full catering facilities is handy, but if stepping out beckons, there are many restaurants close by. There is nothing like sitting on the front porch in the early morning with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean. Priceless! Having a car enhances the experience and allows for greater freedom. Mr. Ottley can arrange it for you, and for larger groups, he is in contact with the nicest mini-bus owner/driver called Elvis who will take you anywhere on the island in air-conditioned comfort.

My wife and I stayed at Ocean Dreams for 4 nights whilst en-route between other islands in the region and the UK. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped, beautifully decorated and to a high standard of cleanliness. There is a super large bed that's very comfortable, a shower room (with a shower that really works) and cable TV (though no dvd player). Importantly, free use of wifi internet access. The 'studio' apartment forms part of lower floor of a large house, occupied by it's owner, Raymond (retired bank manager) and his wife. There is a small terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for sitting out in the evening, with a sea view and to watch the sun go down. Free transport, to and from the airport, was included in the cost and lots of information and advice from Raymond on how best to enjoy this beautiful island. Communication by e mail with Raymond was very good and I believe anyone should feel confident in making a booking to stay at Ocean Dreams. This is 'value for money' accommodation offering much more than we had expected. The location of Ocean Dreams is a little remote (quiet 'up-maket' residential area) unless hiring a car, as there are few facilities, restaurants, bars and shops that are within close walking distance. For our stay, we pre-arranged a hire car, with a local hire car company, that was delivered to Ocean Dreams, but found out after we arrived that Raymond would, I believe, have been able to arrange something a little more competitive.

This was not the first time that i stayed at Ocean Dreams, and everytime I go, I always feel like staying longer. I am so thankful for being able to use mytobago information service and for the opportunity that they gave to me to find and stay at such a wonderful place like Ocean Dreams! The view is extremely beautiful from the patio, and the apartment is even greater. Mr. and Mrs. Ottley are splendid people and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. There truly is no other place that I have ever considered staying at because when i go to Tobago I look forward to staying at Ocean Dreams. Ocean Dreams is truly a dream come true for anyone that is looking for relaxation with the scenery as a bonus!
