Tried Googling "insect repellent patches" as suggested.
Quite a few suppliers seem to be offering these patches now. Prices vary a bit, but in the UK enough patches for 1 person for 14 days typically cost less than £15 incl P & P. Speaking as lunch on the hoof for all types of biting insects, I look forward to hearing from other Tobagophiles whether they actually work or not!

I have asked a medic about this(she is a biochemist),and she believes the claims may be spuriuos.VB1 is not harmful and the digestive system does not destroy excess....it evacuates it!B1 is actually Thiamine which is necessary for growth and natural development, but any excess is stored(evacuated) in muscle tissue.
So,if I see a load of muscular ladies with bandaids,I know what they're on!

Crikey! Don't want to end up looking like Arnold Schwazenegger in drag!
And now I come to think about it - some years ago, a report recommended taking Vitamin B complex tablets for a month before going on holiday and while away to ward off the wee beasties. That didn't work either - I think they must have liked the vague aroma of marmite!
Oh well - another good idea down the pan!
