Cuffie River

Post by SueShard »

We had yet another perfect lunch in amazing surroundings. Pumpkin and onion soup followed by snapper fish in a delicious coconut sauce with very tasty potatoes, corn fritters and mixed vegetables cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and obliging and the owner Regina good company, we enjoyed an afternoon of chatting with her whilst watching and photographing the birds. So enjoyable and relaxing.

We make it a point to have a meal at Cuffie every time we are in Tobago. Regina is the best.
