Eat conch, please don't ....over fishing is a big problem (maybe not so much in Tobago??). I personally stopped eating conch after we took up scuba diving and learned more about their life cycle and reef environmental issues. Tobago waters and reef are having enough problems (for various reasons); lets encourage saving what still remains.

Regardless of the environmental aspect i find conch overrated. I used to eat curried conch
and dumplings occasionally at Store Bay. If it is not properly cooked, it tends to be rubbery
and i honestly prefer a good curried chicken over the conch.
Leave them where they belong ... in the sea.
