Moonlight retreat centre stands out as one of the best vacation spots I have visited. Truly relaxing, home from home, excellent cuisine, beautiful views and a host and hostess who cannot do enough for you.Strongly recommend it whether alone,as a couple or in a group. The yoga was so professional and tailor made.I hope to return some day soon.

Ginny is warm, cheerful and an excellent yoga teacher. I benefitted from one-to-one attention. Whilst Ginny accompanied me with breathing exercises and perfecting one or two postures, her quietly charming partner prepared a delicious wholesome breakfast.
My room was very pretty. Pool-side, relaxing. Lovely library corner.
I appreciated being chauffeured to and from the beach

I had an extremely relaxing two weeeks at the moonlight mountain retreat. Ginny and Kelly were perfect hosts.
Really enjoyed the individual yoga sessions with Ginny - I found them incredibly helpful and of course Kelly's sublime breakfasts.
I would definatley return to the retreat.

This is such a beautiful house. My room was large and airy, with a private bathroom next door. The balcony was spacious and the view out over Scarborough to the atlantic was stunning at night as well as during the day, the hammock was well used.
Although it was the end of a very dry season it never felt too hot perched high on the hill.
The deck was great for sun bathing with a small plunge pool to cool off in and the fridge full of beers to purchse was a very welcome addition.
Breakfast was cooked by Kelly and included lots of fish dishes, and dinner was available if required.
The house is often used for yoga retreats and although staying as a B&B guest I was able to make use of the lovely yoga studio.
Being high on the hill, you really need a vehicle to get out and about, although I booked a number of wonderful excursions with Peter Cox to go birding and Looking our stables for horse riding who all picked me up. Otherwise Ginny and Kelly will organise taxis for you.

The warm welcome, rum punch and pan music were the ingredients of my first night in Tobago. I was then taken to the fabulous hilltop retreat which surpassed all expectations. The next morning, I awoke in my beautiful room and had a cup of tea on my balcony, listening to the birds and watching the sea. There is no better start to the day!
The yoga tuition is the best I've had, better than the rushed teaching of most London establishments, I knew I was in seriously safe and experienced hands.
As a woman travelling on her own, I always felt looked after and safe, Ginny and Kelly armed me with everything I needed for a perfect stay in terms of how to look after myself, where to go, where to eat, where to shop. One of the best things was the beautiful accommodation and food, the home made breakfasts and juices were amazing! The sun deck and pool were pretty good too!
This was so much better than any 5 star hotel I've stayed in, by a long way. The unspoilt and peaceful surroundings made it really special. Ginny and Kelly also took me out with them in the evenings to meet their friends and listen to music, it was all good and more than I could have hoped for from a holiday. I'm definately going back to Tobago and coming back to Moonlight Mountain.
