I stayed here seven nights and would love to have extended my stay interminably.
Perfectly situated with far reaching sandy beach just a stones throw away.
The manager, an exceptionally helpful young man takes a genuine interest in the welfare and happiness of all the guests. What more can I say except perfect!

We had a realy good time in The Seaside Garden Guest House. We felt like visit good friends at home! Sheldon, the manager of this place, was a helping angel for us. He fulfiled us nearly all of our desires, that makes our stay unforgettable.
The place is clean and very comfortable, you can cook on your one aswell. The house is surrounded by an amount of plants with a lot of beautiful birds in it. You can find a hammok between the palms ... all in all a good place to relax.
Sheldon is also a certified massage therapist and we can absolutely recommend his treatments!
THANK YOU for this wonderful place ... one day we will come back!

Well, I stayed only one night in this guesthouse but the stay was great. Sheldon welcomed us warmly and was always here to help us or give us advices. The place is lovely with all the comfort needed. It's just next to a nice and quiet beach in Buccoo. I know that I'll go back there for my next vacation in Tobago.
P.S : Sheldon is also a Certified Massage Therapist. That could be good for people in need of special treatments or with body pain.

I visited Tobago this past weekend with a friend visiting from France and stayed at the Seaside Garden (which I learnt about from this website)! It has a great view of the beach at Buccoo Bay, is definitely lovely (love the plants in the garden), and comfortable (stayed in the double occupancy room and loved the European touches in a tropical setting). Sheldon was so gracious, helpful (gave us very useful advice), and friendly. He picked us up at the Ferry's terminal in Tobago and then took us to the car rental agency to pick up our rented vehicle the next morning. Sheldon is also a certified massage therapist and I had the most PHENOMENAL full body massage ever (didn't want to get off the massage table...still feeling so relaxed back at my work desk)! I would definitely recommend staying at the Seaside Garden (even though it's near to the recently built goat racing track and home to many cultural activities which we experienced while sitting on the veranda of the EXCELLENT Italian restaurant a few buildings away) for that friendly, efficient, helpful, relaxed vacation in a real Tobago village.

We spent a week in Tobago at the beginning of February with two friends from Trinidad. I chose Seaside Garden for several reasons - en suite rooms adjcent to a terrace and close to a shared kitchen for essential cups of tea and coffee.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the owner Eleonore and her Manager Sheldon, attentive and available if we needed them.
The village of Buccoo was rustic with mainly local eateries rather than european restaurants. The beach had very limited facilities but we were woken by a cockerel and kept entertained by the local fishermen bringing in their catch each morning.
Unfogettable experience was Sunday School, not as you would imagine with children in mind, rather adults eatings and partying through Sunday evening [and most of the Join in and forget sleeping if your stay includes a Sunday!
Favourite eating place El Pescador - part of Millers Guest House and a five minute walk away
Favourite part of the Island Pidgeon Point.
A great stay.
