Room was clean and comfortable although quite basic. We could walk down the steps from our room across the lawn and onto store bay beach. It was not much further to walk to the airport terminal building either. A great place to spend the first weekend of our hliday before going up to the quieter end of the island for the rest of our stay.

Stayed for one night only. Thought that the service at the reception desk was a bit too casual given the prize range and aspirations of the hotel (US 120 and up). Beautifully located, rooms were ok, bed is a double (not Queen). Bottom line: service was so so, location is great, I would probably not book with them again, the value is not there ...

We stayed for 13 nights in room 218, and was very happy with that. We loved the room, the balcony and the cleaningservice. It was a little bit disturbing however, to have the cleaning personals lockerroom and equipments just outside the door. The door to "our" room was not very solid. Most disturbing though was the basesound from the nightclubs during the nights, aspecially on the weekends.

Otherwise we are very satisfied with the hotel facilitys and the service provided. Everybody was very friendly and we would like to, if possible, send a speciell greeting to Nick the bartender in the Sundowners bar who brougt sunshine even on the rainy days.

Hopefully we will return to beautiful Tobago and Crown Point beach hotel, since we really enjoyed our stay on the island as well as at the hotel.

Best regards from a cold and snowy Helsingborg, Sweden.

Both myself and my family enjoyed our stay at the Crown Point Beach Hotel in Tobago. The location was AWESOME, close to the beach, shopping restaurants and walking distance from the airport (How good is that). As soon as we entered the lobby we werevhappy by the amazing openess and view of the pool and beach. The rooms were very clean and service exceptional. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We plan another trip to Tobago in the near future and hope there will be availability at Crown Point Beach Hotel.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here (last time was during the sailing regatta)and what a great time was had by all. Firstly the staff are fantastic they go out of their way to help (where to shop, getting taxi, where to eat). On all occassions we have been able to keep our rooms right upto departure. Rooms are cleaned every day and sheets and towels changed each day(you can get beech towels from reception). Rooms come fully equiped with everything from a bottle opener to an oven. Location is perfect, just yards from the beech (have to go down steps). You can get a bed and brolly on the beach for about 2.50 (we hired ours from Dimples, he had them all ready in place for us each day. Also while at the beech there are changing rooms, toilets and places to get something to eat and drink (we take our own to the beech). Their are sellers (selling tours) on the beech but they do hassle you once you have said no or you have already booked a tour they leave you alone. We found Island Tours good (Dexter is your man). If the beech is not the place for you the hotel has a fantasic swimming pool. The menu at the hotel is limited but the food is good, there are a number of places to eat within walking distance (15 minutes max). There are some smaller supermarkets close by, but we get a taxi to the large one (Pennysavers) and stock up on everything (taxi driver will return to collect you). The hotel is very close to the airport, approximately 5 minutes walk or a taxi for 3.50. Once at the hotel you can hardly hear any planes (there are so few). Hope this helps who ever reads it, I am sure you will have a fab time. We are returning again in September.
