Visited this establishment with my husband and two (2) sons...we were all comfortable with what we got especially as we did not know what to expect.

Our room was very comfortable, we had a good working A/C, cable T V and Hot and Cold water. The kitchenette was adequately furnished with tea cups, pots, utensils, toaster and so on.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is adequate parking and the yard space allows for suitable activities....for the young and young at heart; such as a little playtime or even a late night cookout. My boys took advantage of the pool every evening. I was most pleased by the fact that the pool had no time constraints...however there is a quiet time which I believe was 9pm - 8am.

The place was very peaceful for me....just off the main road...the location was great as town was not too far....and everything was a easily accessible...

We will stay there again!!

Pleasant day. I have been a guest at Hotel Coconut Inn 3 times before my most recent visit. In all of my visit the hotel's pool was it's best feature as well as the hotel's grounds. However the rooms more specfically room#102-3 both air conditions was not working, the room was not properly cleaned. I would also like to state the pillows provided for sleeping was useless. On a lighter note I must commend the receptionist was extremely helpfully, kind and welcoming.

I will stay at coconut inn again due to it reasonable cost, however I would appreciate an upgrade in the rooms amenities.

This was my third visit to Coconut Inn Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are very courteous and helpful. However, the walls of the hotel are very 'thin' so you hear the conversations and noise of the next door apartments. There was a couple in the room next to mine who had two unruly toddlers and I could hear them throwing tantrums and screaming all day and night! The staff at the Hotel need to give guests some sort of behaviour guidelines on arrival. Better yet, do not put couples who want peace and quiet on the same floor as families with kids.

Stayed at this inn with eight other friends, and we got the managers apartment as the hotel was over booked, so here we thought well this will be good having the managers personal space, so when we arrived there, there was a few cockroaches waiting on out kitchen counter, and the hose to the stove was leaking so we had to repair that our self, the lights in out room was boeken, lets see the toilet door had no lock, and little amenities like dish washing liquid wasn't even present..
