Had a very comfortable stay. love the room service . beuatiful environment. the only thing though there is no beach area for bathing. we had to walk to store bay .

I was very disappointed in the service I received and I will NEVER stay there again! Let me begin from the time I landed they wanted a 600TT deposit (Which I didnít mind paying) but the previous time I stayed there it was a problem to get back my refund on departure. After several calls I received it 2months after. I have stayed all over the world and the usual procedure is for them to hold your credit card and only if the need to take the security deposit arises then the card will be used. The Bar-B-Que pit was booked at the pool side for 7pm (Only to know while preparing to Bar-B-Que that everything must be off the grill by 8pm)Not because someone else wanted to use it, but NEW rules ( I thought I was on a vacation!) While bathing in the pool or the hot tub security will continuously ask me what room number, this is very discomforting on a relaxing vacation (If you want to know if I am a paying customer provide a hand band to your customers on arrival and cut it on departure)Note; this was only a weekend visit to tobago. Note. Departure of the hotel is 10am but check-in is 4 pm. Therefore, we had to rise on Sunday early and have breakfast and depart before 10.15am or else we would have to pay a late fee of 235TT ( which I was not aware of on arrival) Upon having breakfast in a hurry, we left the dishes in the sink. So, we proceeded to checkout, the maid service went to the room and called the front desk to send up anyone from the room to wash the dishes (Note. I thought this is what we were paying for!). After having to wash the wares, we proceeded again to checkout and they would not give me my security deposit back, they said it will be available in my account within a week because they had NO cheques (This happened last time, and it took me 2 months to get back my money) SO I told them I am not leaving until I get back my money! After waiting 30mins, I eventually got a Cheque back with my refund. After much advertisement of your establishment I had hoped that my previously horrible stay was an exception to the rule. After staying here a second time I am very diasappointed and sorry to say I can never recommend this place to anyone.

We visited Sandy Point Beach Club for 3 to 4 days from February to March 2010. There were 6 of us. We stayed in the A Plus-first floor apartment and were very comfortable. We arrived a bit early for check in and were accomodated not too much later.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially in assisting with the barbeque pit and arrangements for deep sea diving.
The kitchen was well equip and the pools and hot tubs were clean.
The hotel gave easy access to the various beaches and hiking excursions areas. There were no problems for parking on the hotel compound and the vehicles were safe.
There was some problem in returning the $600.00 security, however,this was eventually reconciled, somewhat late and after we returned home. There need to be some re-organising of this aspect of the business because these issues can turn off some persons.
We have no problem in returning for some family bonding at this hotel whenever were can all get away at the same time.
We will and have recommended this hotel to our friends and other family members.

We really enjoyed are stay at sandy Point for are 1st week.The accommodation was clean and spacious we had a 6 people with loft room it was fine for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well equiped and bathroom had lots of towels.The check in was quick and all the staff were very polite and gave good service.The bar area was good and we had good entertainment on the couple of nights we were there.We hired a car and toured the Island in this week and loved it.Pidgeon point was lovely and the hotel courtesy bus was a good service also picked us up from the Airport!The hot tub was relaxing after a days tour.We do own Time share so we exchanged here for 1 week and went on to Castara retreats for the 2nd week would definatly stay here and there again on next visit to Tobago

Our stay was very enjoyable the service was very good and the people were very frendly, it was an experience we will never forget I would recomend this hotel to all of my friends who wll be visiting this island the room was spacious and we had no problem with the service from the great ad friendly staff that work at his resort thanks for making our vacation a very enjoyable one.
