Very high quality except when the restaurant is under high pressure. The restaurant has suffered from a poor reputation over recent years, but changes in management and chef at the end of the 2006 have produced a radical change. Hotel prices. Open every day from 7pm to 10pm.

— — — — Italian Ciao Café Burnett Street, Scarborough Café serving 24 flavours of genuine Italian home-made ice cream, plus the BEST 'proper' espresso and cappuccino on Tobago. They also do light meals like pizza and pasta dishes. Great place to sit and watch Scarborough life pass by. The best reason to visit Scarborough. Open Mon+Wed-Sat 9:30am-11pm, Tue 11am-6pm, Sun 5pm-11pm.
— — — — Pizzeria Ciao Pizza Burnett Street, Scarborough Tel: 635-2323 New for 2008, Ciao Pizza shares the same management as Ciao Café, next door. It is sure to earn the same excellent reputation. Table service or take-away. Ciao Café offers genuine Italian pizzas baked in a brick oven by a master pizza-maker from Naples. Open 11:30-15:00hrs and 18:30-22:00hrs.
— — — Chinese East Ocean Restaurant Breeze Hall Mall, Milford Rd, Scarb. Average Chinese restaurant - everything fresh and fast, but not inspiring. Very cheap, every day lunch outlet for locals. It is alleged that there may be food hygiene issues here.
— — — Local/Creole Eddies Dutch Fort Road, Scarborough Located near the port. Local food - rotis, busupshot, bakes, fish, chicken, pork, goat. Open all day. Very clean and inexpensive. Lunchtime specials from TT$18. BBQ Friday evening TT$25. Eat in or take away. Very popular with locals so you may have to queue.
— — — Chinese Jatt's Harbour Wok Milford Road, Scarborough Very good value for money and OK for the budget traveller. Popular with locals for lunch. Terrible "praise the Lord" music and tips on how to run your life on the walls.

Best experienced in a party of 4-6 people where you can share a great variety of different dishes. One of our personal favourite restaurants. Service can be very slow as all food is prepared and cooked completely from fresh. Open Tues-Sun 6pm-11pm. Advance booking essential.

— — — — Local/Creole Greg I95 Restaurant & Bar Lambeau Previously known as Petit Trou, Greg I95 is a small local open-air beach bar in Little Rockley Bay.
— — — — Local/International Hampden Inn Hotel Hampden Inn Hotel, Lowlands Small restaurant and bar located at the Hampden Inn Hotel and open to non-residents.
— — — — Local/International Shore Things Cafe & Craft Milford Road, Lambeau Tel: 639-1072 Lovely bright cafe with a cosy sea-view veranda. Good for lunch or coffee. Fresh bread, salad, whole wheat pizza, decadent desserts plus lovely crafts to buy. Shore Things are our personal favourite lunchtime retreat anywhere in Tobago - by a mile! Open Monday to Saturday, 10am-6pm.

— — — — Local/International Canoe Bay Resort Canoe Bay Open mid-morning to late afternoon. Very limited choice of light snacks. We have found the beach bar staff to be highly unfriendly and inhospitable.
