The villa is absolutely amazing. I visited with 3 cousins, 2 where from Miami. We wanted a change of scenery from the normal hustle and bustle of life in our respective homes. Rumagin is ideal for pure relaxation! The villa has an open floor plan which is excellent for entertaining and the pool is quite large and has a nice depth - a very good thing for us since my cousins enjoyed doing their nightly antics in the pool! The villa is in a very quiet area and has a very homey feel.
Another highlight was the well equipped kitchen and the grill which was in the pool area. We decided to have a BBQ on the last night there, I can't think of anything that was lacking in the kitchen. Quite nice, there is even a dishwasher! What a relief to have one!
The process of checking in and checking out was so simple, I recommend speaking with Gillian or Helen, they are both very accomodating and a joy to interact with, they definitely helped to make my stay stress free. I won't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone, I honestly think I had the best sleep I've had in quite a while at Rumagin!

We had an absolutely great week long stay at Rumagin Villa. The house offers an unpretentious charm which is hard to beat; absolutely stunning views in every direction- lush greenery or the beautiful ocean greets you at every turn and the wrap around verandah allows you to make the most of these wonderful views. The villa itself is nicely appointed; 3 decent sized bedrooms each with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms, and a good sized living-dining area equipped with a TV, as well as a well-stocked galley style kitchen. The pool is a good size and located in a sunny spot which ensures great sun bathing when you don`t fancy the 10 minute trek to the nearest beach. The villa is comfortable and its simple but elegant charm suited us down to the ground. The daily maid service ensured we could really enjoy a proper holiday- free from bed making and cleaning! We would definitely stay at Rumagin again.

Had a wonderful stay at Rumagin Villa. From the moment we were met at the airport onwards nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was absolutely what we wanted . . . . although the climb up the hill in the hear was a little challenging on occasions! If we were to stay longer next time we'd definitely hire a car!! Particularly loved chilling in the hammock with a g and t and a book, listening to the wildlife first thing in the morning. My son not so keen on some of the afore mentioned wildlife joining us in the living room in the evening but he had great fun trying to persuade the geckos to leave!! Tracy our housekeeper was brilliant and our trip with George - although not entirely as planned - was a fantastic end to our holiday. Beware the Fish Pot restaurant . . . food good but very pricey for what it is . . . Joanne's on the other hand (the takeaway shed next to it) . . . lovely. Had a great day at Shore Bay and another wonderful time on one of Frankie's boats snorkeling round the island - best bit for me was the bar-b-q lunch on the beach with the most gorgeous coleslaw I've ever tasted. Gillian and Paul are the best hosts . . . . they sorted everything we asked them to and made our stay at Rumagin easy, relaxing and a thoroughly enjoyable part of our 2 weeks in the West Indies (the best bit I think!)

Our family had a fabulous time at Rumagin Villa. The beach was only minutes away and our boys had it pretty much to themselves. Pleasant Prospect was very convenient. Tobago is a beautiful unspoilt island and its people very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.
