My family and I stayed in Villa Sea Breeze from March 5 to 8 2011. It was a total of 8 adults and 3 children wirh ages ranging from "retired" to one year old and we had a fantastic time.

We usually stay in and around Crown Point but we opted for a change this time. We were not disappointed as the Villa is located in a great little niche in Bacolet and the views from the balcony are surreal. Many of us wanted to move in!

The Villa is very comfortable and roomy with lots of space for children to expend their energy.

It has great little extras like a library with some great books to relax with and WiFi access (though we were disappointed that we forgot our laptops.

Sonya, the Manager was very friendly and accessible at all times to help make our stay more comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find that many household cooking and cleaning necessities were available at the Villa.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay the Villa. this will be our new first choice in Tobago.

Our expectations were high, and the villa met them and more. We were a group of 10, filling the 6 bedrooms. Beds were made up daily by Vernette, who also cooked a delightful meal for us one night. This was a combination family reunion / bird photography holiday, and so we had rented several vehicles, permitting us to go separate ways and gather back for meals. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters, etc. and the view from the deck is delightful, with the Trinidad ferry and cruise ships passing by. It's an easy walk into Scarborough, and we found the nearby Cafe Havana was very nice for dinner one night. The caretaker lives next door, and welcomed us the first day. She couldn't have been nicer, checking in a couple of times to make sure all was well. We had a great time, and photographed some nice birds. I'd like to be back there right now!

What a wonderful place for a family reunion! The villa had loads of room, comfortable spaces to sit and read, sun, swim and share meals for 10 people. Looking through the open kitchen window at the setting sun on the water was unforgettable. The archway loaded with pink bougainvillea was a perfect setting for photos. Vernette kept the place spotless.Sonya answered all questions and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It was just heaven. I was glad to have brought a few food items from home, as the grocery stores did not provide for "picky" eaters. The spacious kitchen was outfitted with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, microwave, several toasters and even a blender for our pina coladas! There was a washer and dryer, too, which was so nice. The pool was delightful and the hot tub, although not working the entire time we were there, was relaxing. Can't have everything!! We enjoyed the Havana Cafe for dinner one night and Bacolet Beach (both within walking distance)for drinks at the beach bar. Also, not to be missed: the Botanical Gardens (make sure to get a guide to learn the most), Fort George, Argyle Falls and the Tobago Cocoa Estate. Our visit to SeaBreeze will long be any hotel. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you!

I had a wonderful holiday in Tobago, staying at Villa Sea Breeze. This lovely, spacious, house is situated in what must be one of most stunningly beautiful locations in Tobago. The house is set in a mature garden with many tropical trees and colourful flowering shrubs. The terrace overlooking the sea commands the most beautiful view out to sea and over towards Crown Point. You can hear the waves breaking against the rocks below and watch the sunset as the breeze cools you with a silky touch.

There were ten of us staying in the house, and we all fitted in very well. Plenty of space inside and out, with the nice warm swimming pool and also a covered jacuzzi for those who needed to cool off. Although we made several trips around the island and to various other beaches, after initial exploration we were all somewhat reluctant to leave our beautiful surroundings. In particular we loved Bacolet Beach which is only 5 minutes walk (or 1 minute in the car!) away. This palm-fringed beach has everything you imagine a tropical beach should have. It is totally unspoilt, clean and not crowded, with plenty of natural shade, and also good for surfing. We particularly enjoyed the old-fashioned beach bar where they serve delicious rum punches. It was certainly our favourite beach and we met local people who also said it was the best beach on the island.

I have stayed in many beautiful places but this little corner of Tobago has a very special place in my memory

Let me begin by saying that my family and I agree that this holiday was the best we have ever experienced. We have rented many vacation homes in recent years and SeaBreeze will always hold a special place in our hearts. The location is fantastic, with its proximity to Scarborough, and the fact that it benefits from a very welcome nearly constant breeze.

I had some concerns as I made the reservation for our stay but these proved unfounded. First and foremost was what to expect in terms of weather during our June stay; while the weather was warm and humid, as one would expect in this location, the breeze made the home feel much cooler than the Caribbean side and we were never uncomfortable. The orientation of the home is such that the sun shines in the pool area all day and I was afraid that the pool would not be able to be utilized because of the heat; while it was very warm for some of our group, no one declined using the pool because of the temperature. I was also concerned that traveling during the rainy season would prove an issue; however, the weather was great and the rain was very accommodating in that it seemed to occur mostly at night.

The home presents exactly as indicated by the pictures found in the My Tobago review and we found it very comfortable. There was plenty of seating and the dining room table would easily accommodate a party much larger than our six. The living room area had sliders that opened up completely and allowed us to take full advantage of the daily breeze. All of the bedrooms were air conditioned making sleeping easy and the beds were all in good condition and very comfortable. The pool was a welcome addition as it allowed us to take a quick dip to cool down while the kids swam much of the day. We really liked having the stairs down to the rocky shoreline and with water shoes, the swimming there was fantastic.

The staff at SeaBreeze helped to make this trip so special. Sonya, the house manager, met us at the airport and coordinated picking up the rental car; she then led us to the home. She was wonderful and assisted us in making reservations and making suggestions for day trips; in the above and beyond category, after the airlines misplaced our bags for a few days, Sonya lent my wife a contact case and solution so she could take out her contacts at night. Vernette arrived during the week to straighten up the house and we arranged with her to cook meals for our family four of the nights during our stay. Her recipes were delightful and she made a special meal for my wife’s birthday that included flowers, lovely place settings, and special glassware for the occasion. Her prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious; I highly recommend that anyone staying here consider this option. Felix took care of the grounds and as promised in previous reviews he frequently brought us ripened fruits from the estate and even some sugar cane to try.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone at SeaBreeze for helping to make this a great trip; my family would not hesitate to come back to this home in the future and I enthusiastically proffer my recommendation of this home to anyone who is lucky enough to visit the “capital of paradise”.
