After three years we stayed again in the Boathouse and we enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed the kitchen where you really find everything what you need for cooking.Despite of the rainy season we had great weather with a lot of sunshine. We liked Castara a lot. They closed down the supermarket. But you can find all you need in the small shops on the road if youīll look around. It was a totally relaxing holiday and I am sur we will return some day.

Spanish is our language but we will write this report in english so we can share our experience with more travelers.

First of all, we must say that all the information that we have in My Tobago was an excellent help to our first trip to Tobago. Hotels, car rental, supermarkets, fuel, beaches, restaurants, apartments... Everything was very useful, thanks!!!

My wife and I went from Trinidad to Tobago by plane in Caribbean Airlines. We purchased our tickets in their web site and all worked fine.

After a couple of days in Crown Point, we went by car to Castara and we stayed four days at the Boatview apartments. We read the reviews in My Tobago, and it was the kind of thing that we want in a little beach village.

The apartment was spectacular. Sharon, the owner, choose the Lavander for us, and we really enjoyed it. The view was great, the bed big and confortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the location superb. The swimming in the tranquil beach was excellent and the near Englishman Bay is just the most beautiful beach in the island.

Take care with the services that are very poor in Castara. In our stay we coudnīt find any restaurant or cafeteria open. All the recommended options reviewed in My Tobago were closed, and the only dinner that we had was in Sharonīs restaurant in the beach.

We highly recommend Boatview and Castara aswell.

It was my first time in Tobago and i was looking for a place close to a beach to relax from 2 weeks sightseeing in Tobago and Trinidad. The appartment is big and has a wonderful big balkony and a kitchen with all you need. It is not modern, 2 fan and one fan + mosquitonet above the bed. not perfect cleaned but it was ok. I left the door open all day and night and had no problem with any "visitors" if bird, spider, locust or bat disturbing my dreams :-).

I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in Sharons Restaurant, the quiet small beach and the greater castara beach with fresh fish offers and a few good restaurants on the main street. Sharon was very helpful and organizing boattours with Alibaba to Nylon Pool or fishing and also her driver Karim is always on time when you need a ride to a shop or another beach or sightseeingtours around the island.

I will definitly stay there again if i come to Tobago again.

Thanks for the nice stay!

Wonderful view of Heavenly Bay and very good service from Sharon. Only a few steps from the beach. Also appreciated car rental service available at Taylor's, very near Boatview Apartments. Beach restaurant has excellent food and is a great place to enjoy the ambience of Castara.

We had a fantastic stay at Boatview, Sharon and the others looked after us with best care and Castara was a great place.

The room was all we needed; big balcony with fantastic wiev over the oceand and beach, all the things you need for the kitchen and a small, but functional bathroom.

We didn't miss hot water, although, if you want perfekt wi-fi-access, choose another place.

We would go back any second!
