This holiday host home comes with private terrace and swimming pool overlooking the Grafton area & Buccoo Reef.
With the owner's son living on the property, security is heightened yet guests won't have the worry of having to share any of their spaces with him, with even the property's decent size pool set apart from the downstairs apartment, for the exclusive use of guests only.
The house has 2 bedrooms (en suite) with optional use of loft bedroom for up to 6 children in party, 1 fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances & direct exit to the pool and barbeque area.
