My husband and i visited kias in the month of may 2012, we spent one night as we were out all day and just needed a place to rest until the next day. We chose a cheaper acommodation which was a downstairs apt. We wasted 2hours waiting for our room, the kitchen was a disaster, old and shabby looking, the worst is you have to share a bathroom and toilet with other guests on the ground floor. (not hygenic at all). The room was ok just the A/C kept shutting off more than it was cooling, so we had to use a fan. The cable tv got like only 4-5 stations if i rem. correctly. My husband didnt sleep well as the house is too close to the road as so you could hear everything that passes. I would not recommend the ground floors to anyone. Its better to pay a little more and get the comfort you deserve. Not sure if i'll be back there!!
