We stayed at Villa Limbo for 5 days in May 2013. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The maid and pool cleaner came everyday while we were there and also provided some good laughs as well as a really good service. The house is surrounded by fruit trees and we all enjoyed a number of Mangos as well as leaving some out for the many beautiful birds which call the estate home.
It was close to the little square at Prospect which has a lively little rum shop and a really good fish restaurant called the Fish Pot. There is also a little grocery store and a pizza/burger shop on the square.
Gillian the property manager was very helpful and a joy to deal with. We booked a number of tours on her recommendation. I think the highlight of the trip was our fishing trip with Kester (also recommended to us by Gillian), thanks Gillian:)
All in all a really nice, safe and comfortable house and I would highly recommend a stay.

Last fall I made the decision to take a two-month hiatus. Having visited many of the Caribbean Islands and West Indies in the past, I dusted off my trusty atlas, and Behold...Tobago! After a fair amount of research online, I was fortunate enough to connect with Gillian Connelly, rental agent extraordinair.
Gillian not only found the perfect perch for me (Villa Limbo), she went out of her way to make my stay a five star experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Having never traveled to the Caribbean, our group found the beauty and charm of this unspoiled tropical addictive. Villa Limbo is a remarkable home, decorated in hand crafted teak, mahogany, and bamboo furnishings and beautiful original paintings and carvings. The location is ideas--both close to the beach and near to ocean sports, hiking, horseback riding, world class surfing, and a golf course. The restaurants are great, offering both local cuising as well as formal dining.
Don't miss the Fish Pot Restaurant and The Seahorse Inn, both within walking distance from the villa.

This is an ideal get away location with a spectacular view of Buccoo Reef in the Caribbean Sea, which offers a sunset view next to the plunge pool while being entertained by native colorful birds. The villa staff are letter perfect providing quite yet helpful service. Daily housekeeping and cooking upon request. Just a short walk to shopping and the beautiful Grafton Beach. One must travel to Tobago as it is unspoiled, friendly, and a blend of clutures.
Travel through the rain forest, hike Little Tobago Island to see the Rare Brown Booby and the Red Billed Tropic Birds nesting.
Enjoy sumptious local dishes at casual as well as elegant restaurants.
An experience filled with relaxation, joy, and beauty.

I travel with family and friends to Trinidad and Tobago frequently and we all find Villa Limbo to be reasonably priced with outstanding ammenities and top of the line maintenance and housekeeping. The villa is situated in a bird sanctuary and provides a spectacular poolside view of Buccoo Reef in the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is amazingly wel-equipped and the entire villa is decorated in authentic Caribbean style; with island crafted art and batik bedding. Visit Villa Limbo and you will never regret this relaxing and exciting adventure.
